It controls a wide spectrum of insect pests including chinch bugs, army worms, ticks, ants, grubs, etc. This low nitrogen formula is specially designed for summer months, gently feeding the lawn for two months without burning. Its controlled release feeding and polymer coated technology give the lawn a gentle feeding during summer months to keep lawns greener. It also reduces insect entry into the home when applied within a 6 – 10 foot radius of the structure. Apply this product a day or two after mowing and when the lawn is dry. The best time to apply is spring, summer, or early fall, depending on the region. Apply the same day as seeding or sodding.
